Health Sciences Centre
Nor-tec Electric has been a lead contractor for the Health Sciences Centre, which stretches across 32 acres of central-Winnipeg, since the mid-90s and has been responsible for ongoing maintenance as well as for diverse project work throughout the above and below-ground facilities. Completed and ongoing projects include main distribution upgrading, emergency room, security, energy-saving retrofits and fire alarm systems.
More recently, a 20-person Nor-tec crew has been working on a new parkade, which is scheduled to be completed early in 2009.
